Awareness: For more respect!

Celebrate safely together!

For respectful interaction at eye level.

Our summer festival should be a peaceful and happy celebration for everyone. Discrimination of any kind, such as anti-Semitism, racism, sexism, etc. is not welcome here.

Hate symbols and the like have no place here!

Only yes means yes

Disrespectful behaviour such as unwanted advances, inappropriate comments or other harassment will not be tolerated here.

You have the right to feel safe and respected!

If you experience a violation of boundaries or are discriminated against, please contact us. We take every report seriously.

Look out for each other!

Always ask whether the other person wants to talk to you or interact with you. If you notice that someone needs help: Ask the person concerned directly or inform us!

"Where is Panama?"

If you feel unwell and need help, please contact the police, the public order office, the medical or security service or the staff at the food and drink stands and ask "Where is Panama?" The staff are informed and will help you immediately. You can also get help by calling the awareness team's hotline 0160 98612518 or by sending a WhatsApp message.

Only through shared responsibility and awareness for each other can our festival become a safe place for everyone.

Let's celebrate together in a respectful and exuberant way!

Child finder: Safety for the youngest visitors!

As at all major events, it can happen that children lose contact with their parents in the hustle and bustle. To ensure that parents and children can be quickly reunited, the Koblenz Summer Festival offers child finder wristbands.

This is a self-adhesive and tear-resistant paper wristband on which the accompanying persons, parents or grandparents write the child's name and mobile number. With the help of this information, other visitors or the authorities can contact the child's parents immediately by telephone in order to reunite child and parents as quickly as possible.

Child finder wristbands are available free of charge from patrols of the public order office and the police as well as at the information point on the event site.
